What is RTT?
RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, a warm, gentle blend of hypnosis, psychotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that helps get to the real root of what's going on for you, working with your subconscious mind to create change that actually lasts.
Does it really work?
Yes, many people experience real, meaningful shifts through RTT. Everyone's experience is different, but when it lands, it can feel genuinely transformative, in a way that's natural, safe, and supportive throughout.
How long does each session take?
Around two to three hours. We take our time, because this deserves it.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
Not at all, that's just a myth! You're always in control, and you can talk, move, or get up whenever you like.
How will I feel during and after the session?
Most people feel wonderfully relaxed, though some moments might bring up emotion, and that's completely okay. You're gently reviewing your experiences with my support, not reliving them.
What if I already know the reasons behind my issue?
That's more common than you'd think, and RTT often reveals a fresh, surprising perspective anyway. Many clients discover something they never expected.
Can we do this online?
Absolutely, and just as powerfully. Many clients love working together from the comfort of their own home, via video call, such as Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime.
What if I need more than one session?
Most people feel real shifts quickly, though some deeper issues benefit from a few sessions together, and many choose to continue with coaching afterward to keep building on that progress.
When will I start to notice changes?
It varies beautifully from person to person. Sometimes it's immediate, sometimes it builds gradually, and sometimes you'll look back one day and realize just how far you've come.
What if something difficult comes up?
You're always safe here. We're gently observing, not reliving, and I'll be right there with you the whole way.
What ages do you work with?
Wonderfully, anyone from 9 to 99. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian reviews and signs an intake form before we begin working together.
How can one session make such a difference?
Hypnosis lets us go straight to the heart of things, much faster than traditional talk therapy. Most people find real relief in just one session, though ongoing anxiety or low mood may need a little more time together.
Does this involve going back into memories?
Yes, gently. We go back just enough to understand where things began, always reviewing rather than reliving, always at a pace that feels safe for you.
Will I be asleep?
Not at all. You'll be awake and aware the whole time.
What if I can't be hypnotized?
You can! It's a completely natural state we all drift in and out of daily. All it takes is a little willingness to relax into it.
What if there's something I'd rather not share?
That's completely fine. You never have to share anything you're not ready to.
Will I lose control?
Never. You stay aware and in control throughout, and nothing can happen without your say-so.
