The website provides general educational and promotional information. Services and suitability

A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss practical questions and whether Marjan’s services may be suitable. It does not itself create a practitioner-client relationship. The scope, price, confidentiality arrangements, and other service details must be presented before a paid booking is completed.

Payment and confirmation

1. Payment is required in full when you request a paid booking.
2. A paid booking is confirmed only after Marjan receives payment and sends or triggers a booking confirmation.
3. Calendly may be used to select an appointment time. Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy also apply when you use that service.

Changing or cancelling a booking

1. If you need to change a booking, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. Any change is subject to Marjan’s availability and agreement.
2. If you cancel or do not attend without giving at least 48 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged and payment will not be refundable, subject to Marjan’s discretion and any mandatory consumer right that applies.
3. If Marjan needs to reschedule or cancel, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer booking at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the date the service contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason.

If you expressly ask for the service to begin before the 14-day period ends and then withdraw after performance has begun but before the service is fully performed, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

You lose the right to withdraw only once the service has been fully performed, and only where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right would be lost after full performance.
